Classification Systems for Scapular Fractures: How Useful Are They?

The goals of a classification system are to stratify patients according to injury patterns, orientate treatment decision-making, and predict prognosis. In this book chapter, we aim to present the most used classification systems for scapular fractures, according to fracture location, and certain particularities of each scapular region.
