The aim of this chapter is to provide an overview of Middle English Marian lyric and its main themes at the time when Catherine of Lancaster was living in England. It is important to establish which lyric was circulating and, where possible, to point out what links there might be to the Lancaster domainsDomain or the De Mohun area of interest.
