摘要

For this study, we interviewed Filipino frontline healthcare using a semi-structured and open-ended interview guide to elicit information related to the objectives of the study. Interviews were conducted in person and through Zoom interviews. Participation was voluntary, and participants were mandated to answer any questions they deemed inappropriate. We recruited Filipino frontline healthcare workers who have been working at a Canadian healthcare facility in Sudbury, Timmins, and Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario at the time of the interview. This information is essential in the design and implementation of culturally appropriate interventions, which can inform and improve access to mental health services and support utilization.
