Boundary Element Solution of Potential Flow Problems
摘要
This chapter presents the BEM and DRBEM methods on the general Poisson’s type equation with the Dirichlet and/or Neumann type boundary conditions. Derivation of fundamental solutions in 2D and 3D and types of boundary elements are discussed. The diffusion, reaction, and convection–diffusion equations are treated with the DRBEM using the fundamental solution of the Laplace equation. The nonlinearities are introduced in the DRBEM application on the solution of Navier–Stokes equations in primitive form.
