Conclusion: Political Meanings of Solidarity

This chapter includes a recapitulation of the overall argument and main findings. It outlines the key takeaways from the study, discusses its shortcomings, as well as stipulates the avenues for future research. Each empirical chapter ( 4 , 5 and 6 ) is given a summary of the main points and a separate discussion of their findings. The chapter includes also discussion about the factor influencing the parties’ concepts of solidarity and a short overview of the 2021 manifestos that are not included in the main study.
