Unstable Gait, Headache and Increased Reflexes in a Young Man

  • Ondrej Dolezal

摘要

A 22-year-old male with a non-obese body habitus was referred to the neurology department due to persistent frontal headaches, which have been present for nearly a year. During the clinical evaluation, it became evident that he was experiencing some additional symptoms. Over the past 6 months, he has been encountering balance issues. The onset of these balance disturbances coincided with a severe chest infection and workplace stress. His balance has improved by the time of our examination and it reached its peak 3 months ago, during which he experienced difficulty walking in a straight line.
