摘要
Although there are common characteristics that define rural communities, not all rural communities are the same. This chapter examines the most prevalent and significant behavioral health problems affecting women in rural and frontier communities, offers a comparison of rural frameworks, and contextualizes challenges rural women face from the perspectives of availability, accessibility, affordability, and acceptability.
