The Dynamics of Soft Logic

In this chapter, we define the dynamics of Soft functions, meaning what occurs when we repeatedly apply a Soft function on an initial number. We describe the mathematical properties of the sequence of numbers created in this process, and we show the connection that is created between the dynamics of Soft functions and high-order derivatives. We present several examples of the dynamics of specific functions. In conclusion, we describe geometrically the dynamics of Soft functions, as inspired by fractal and chaos theory (Klein and Maimon 2020).
