Soft Logic and Calculus

This chapter deals with the natural link between Soft logic and differential and integral calculus. When one examines the power of a Soft number, the connection to derivatives of functions is revealed. We extend this property to polynomials of Soft numbers and then to analytic functions. Subsequently, we define Soft functions, which are an expansion of real functions, and we prove the fundamental properties of these functions (Klein and Maimon 2021).
