A Case of Moya Moya

Moya Moya is a relatively rare large vessel vasculopathy which is associated with both ischaemic and haemorrhagic stroke. This case discusses the natural history and treatment options for a case of moya moya that had caused both bleed and ischaemic stroke—both surgical and conservative. We detail typical imaging appearances and ‘staging’ of the disease.
