Ischaemic Stroke Presenting with Isolated Dysarthria

This case presents and discusses a clinical presentation of stroke which is often dismissed or misdiagnosed. This is often a part of a lacunar syndrome ie dysarthria clumsy hand. The case discussion includes differential diagnosis of isolated dysarthria and direction in identifying stroke as a cause.
