Stroke Associated with an Atrial Myxoma
摘要
In this case we describe an uncommon cause of cardioembolic stroke. There is a wider discussion of cardioembolic causes of stroke. There are both clinical and radiological learning points about atrial myxoma and a description of the main clinical features found in this condition when associated with stroke.
