In this chapter, we study the Chlorophyll Excitations in the Fenna-Matthews-Olson Complex, we analyze the time dynamics of site probabilities for different Hamiltonian from the literature and also we perform the solution of the Liouville equation for the density matrix to calculate the rate of electron transfer, the different contributions for the Hamiltonian are defined. The Förster theory of fluorescent resonance energy in pigment-protein complexes is described. See also Appendix G for excitons.
