Redesign of the Dashboard of a Web Telemetry System for Decision Support

Dashboards allow to graphically represent the behavior of systems in multiple disciplines, as well as to interpret the most important information, providing visual support and reasoning capacity to the user for a better action or decision making based on observation and analysis. However, due to their static nature, they do not provide forms of interaction with users and therefore do not satisfy their individual needs. This article takes into account the User-Centered Design as a paradigm for the design of any product and implements the stages proposed by the ISO 9241- 210:2019 standard for the design of a Telemetry Dashboard that allows the interactions required by end users based on the SLR performed by A. Vazquez-Ingelmo, F. J. Garcia-Penalvo, and R. Theron who use the same standard for this review.
