The Deployment of E-Learning Application as a Web Service in a Cloud Broker Architecture
摘要
In the wake of the COVID-19 outbreak, university operations were suspended, and online learning therefore was the best option to reduce the spread of the pandemic. To ensure performant, robust and accurate E-learning applications, intelligent algorithms such as Deep Learning (DL) and Machine Learning (ML) are essential, demanding significant resources. Research suggests distributing E-learning applications across Grid Computing, Peer-to-Peer (P2P) networks and Cloud Computing (CC) environments. Exam scenarios, requiring high availability, highlight the inadequacy of a single cloud. Moreover, diverse Internet of Things (IoT) devices used by E-learning users necessitate an adaptable infrastructure. The multicloud or Cloud Broker (CB) architecture is our suggested approach for the deployment of E-learning application to optimize the experience, overcoming time constraints and the challenge of managing numerous accounts. Experimental results validate that multicloud or CB architecture is an effective infrastructure for the development of potent E-learning tools and for boosting performance.
