Physics

This chapter covers topics studied in a General Physics I class. When analyzing mechanisms, students need a solid foundation in physics. In particular, an understanding of motion and forces. In this chapter, topics discussed include kinematics- the study of motion and dynamics- the forces that cause motion and rely heavily on vectors to solve kinematic and dynamic problems. Some advanced techniques are introduced through the use of calculus and Cramer’s rule.
