Vasculitis with Isolated Testicular Involvement
摘要
The diagnosis of isolated vasculitis of the testis, epididymis, or spermatic cord, as with isolated vasculitis of other organs, is a one of exclusion once a systemic process has been ruled out. However, it must also be born in mind that in some cases isolated forms of vasculitis can develop into a systemic process. This heading includes two processes that are in principle unrelated: isolated arteritis of the testis, epididymis and spermatic cord and arteritis of these organs only associated with testicular germ cell tumours.
