Tumour Lesions of the Testicular Lymphatic Vessels

Tumours of the lymphatic vessels are very rare in the testis and paratesticular structures. Most tumour lesions of the lymphatic vessels are congenital lymphatic malformations (lymphangiomas) and contrary to other locations, testicular and paratesticular lymphangiomas are preferentially seen in the adult. True tumours such as benign lymphangioendothelioma and haemangiolymphangioma of these structures are rare. There are no known cases of lymphangiosarcoma. In most of these lesions, diagnosis is made by examination of the surgical specimen.
