摘要

This chapter groups together different lesions of the venous tree in which the common denominator is the presence of thrombosis. The aetiology of the different cases varies from idiopathic to coagulation disorders associated or not with tumour pathology or the presence of an inflammatory process in the vicinity. The repercussions on the testicle are also very varied, ranging from slight alterations in spermatogenesis to haemorrhagic infarction or disseminated intravascular coagulation. Three pathologies are studied under this heading: (1) venous thrombosis (spermatic vein thrombosis, pampiniform plexus thrombosis, and intraparenchymal vein thrombosis); (2) haemorrhagic testicular segmental infarction; and (3) polypoid granulomatous endophlebitis.
