Adaptive Admission Control for 6G Network Slicing Resource Allocation (A2C-NSRA)

The expansion of sophisticated and varied digital services is predicted to usher in the era of huge and extremely heterogeneous Sixth Generation (6G). The Network Slicing (NS) paradigm emerges as a crucial enabler, facilitating the development of diverse virtual network infrastructures required for dynamic behavior. In this context, addressing economic challenges becomes possible through NS, which can significantly impact the market model for various verticals. Particularly, inter-slice communication provides essential capabilities needed to execute slice operations while ensuring a high Quality of Experience. To address these considerations, we propose an Adaptive Admission Control (A2C) mechanism designed for revenue optimization within the 6G virtualized infrastructure. The primary goal of this study is to increase the acceptance rate of user requests by implementing a two-round admission control system. We will assess the effectiveness of the proposed model in a multi-service environment and compare its performance with classic admission control (AC) and random models.
