摘要

This study investigates the design and implementation of Terahertz (THz) antenna array designed for 6G inter-satellite communications in CubeSat constellations, emphasizing the vital role that these constellations play in contemporary satellite communication systems. This study describes a Terahertz TX/RX antenna system that is intended to execute beam steering patterns for the transmission and reception of cubesat constellations across intersatellite links (ISL). The system consists of a single antenna with a circulator. It is discovered that a 16 \(\,\times \,\) 16 array is required for the antenna after link budget calculations. The transmitter/receiver antenna system operate at specific frequencies of approximately 0.628 THz, achieving a realized gain of 25.44 dB and a directivity of 24.12 dBi for the Tx link, and 1.316 THz with a realized gain of 30.18 dB and a directivity of 32.29 dBi for the Rx link. They have respective bandwidths of around 52 GHz and 158 GHz for the uplink and downlink.
