Practising Teaching

This chapter is inspired by Nerida Blair’s elements of effective, quality teaching practice, and in which teachers pursue critical reflective practice to “know themselves inside and out.” The chapter shows the importance of the critical reflective practitioner, ensuring they have time and place to be time bold and brave, and look inside, to grow and nourish, and become more effective teachers.
