  • Nataša Rupčić

摘要

The eleventh chapter entitled “Interorganizational Learning and Knowledge Transfer” from the second part of the book Managing Learning Enterprises entitled “Challenges of Implementing a Learning Enterprise” proposes interorganizational learning and the economics of integration as a means of coping with the uncertainty and ambiguity of modern enterprises. The modalities of interorganizational learning were analyzed in terms of the potential knowledge that could be shared and the results were identified as an impetus for further individual, team, and organizational learning. Practitioners can benefit from examples of interorganizational knowledge sharing as well as descriptions of potential knowledge sharing between large companies and start-ups and in tourism ecosystems.
