With the big questions around criminal accountability answered, let us look at the more pragmatic concerns in the wizarding world. Particularly, let us look at the skies. The question we aim to answer is how air travel is regulated—especially given all the different options such as flying brooms, using carpets or just pure levitation (and of course the likes of Voldemort who can fly without broom). And can broomsticks be seen as the equivalent of a fighter jet, given that wizards on brooms can be armed with their wand and wreak havoc from the skies?
