The wizarding world is full of conflict—at least during bad years, meaning pretty much whenever Grindelwald or Voldemort are on the loose. During those years, wizards have to confront questions everyone else has to answer when watching the news: are those groups terrorists or freedom fighters, what kind of conflict are we facing, what are the rights of those fighting in this conflict or affected by it? Let us jointly take a look at how those questions are answered in our world. After that, we will of course try to understand how this can be applied to the wizarding world.
