Public International Law
摘要
This chapter explains the basics of public international law, starting with how we define a state. Based on this understanding, we will assess whether there are wizarding states or not. Next, the concept of state responsibility is applied to crimes of witches and wizards. We also dive deeper into the concept of jurisdiction to understand who has to lead criminal cases against witches and wizards when they are violating the law (and who gets to figure out how to keep someone with magical powers locked up in a cell). We also look into enforcement of international law and apply this to the wizarding world. Finally, this chapter gives an overview of immunity and how it works across the different worlds.
