The findings of the study, as presented in this chapter, conclusively highlight the impact of Appropriate Dispute Resolution (ADR) on access to justice and its feasibility as a legal transplant. The writer employed a range of methods, including quantitative and qualitative techniques such as podcast interviews, face-to-face interviews, and focus group discussions to arrive at conclusive findings.
