Clinical Education/Mass Advocacy of ADR Via Podcasting-Findings

The chapter provides a comprehensive examination of the impact of Appropriate Dispute Resolution (ADR) on the accessibility of justice. To arrive at definitive conclusions, a variety of experts in the legal and ADR field were consulted using different methods, including in-person interviews, focus group discussions, and podcast interviews. The study’s qualitative data was analysed, with the results indicating that ADR has the potential to significantly improve access to justice. Furthermore, the chapter underscores the critical role of educational podcasts such as Expert Views on ADR (EVA) Vid/Podcast Show in raising awareness about the benefits of ADR.
