The Impact of Workplace Culture on Prison Governor Wellbeing
摘要
The preceding chapter in this book has examined some of the factors contributing to the poor wellbeing of prison governors identified in our research findings. To further identify aspects that contribute to poor wellbeing and introduce a further core factor of the HoWW model presented in this book, this chapter will focus on culture as one of the three main features that make up the prison working environment according to our model.
