Using of Artificial Intelligence Technologies in Education

Today, every organization uses digital technology to deliver services effectively and apply resources efficiently. The era of artificial intelligence makes it possible to integrate chatbot technologies into various fields. This technology is increasingly being used for educational purposes and is able to provide ample opportunities for teachers and students. In the field of education, chatbots work as intelligent learning systems that provide individual trajectories of education to students and effectively help them learn. The article considers the possibilities of introducing chatbot technology in the educational process of higher education institutions. The results of the survey of students on the prospects of implementing a chatbot in education in order to improve their learning are analyzed. This shows that the possibilities of using a chatbot as an additional tool for teaching students are extremely useful. The chatbot provides feedback between teachers and students and can be used as a program for individual student development. Based on the results of the study, the advantages of using chatbot technology at higher education institutions were identified. The availability of quick access to information, thanks to the chatbot, facilitates the rapid receipt of the necessary information by students, and allows you to automate their activities. However, students’ communication with the chatbot differs from the teacher's communication and has certain advantages and disadvantages. As the experience of students in working with modern technologies prevails at a high level, chatbot is a promising tool for use in the educational process of higher education institutions.
