Digital Society and Information-Analytical Competence of Scientist: Perspectives on Knowledge Management
摘要
The digitalization of society influences knowledge management, creating new opportunities for information collection, storage, and processing. At the same time, digitalization in education and science sets new requirements for the level of development of information-analytical competence among graduate students and researchers. It is described in international documents governing scientific field. Expediency of using digital systems for analytical activities in the scientific field is substantiated. It is determined that statistical services of various digital systems are powerful tool to provide information and analytical support for re-search. It is determined that system of information-analytical support of scientific research consists of statistical, information-analytical and scientometric services. The requirements of the digital society for knowledge management are substantiated, emphasizing the importance of developing information-analytical competence among graduate students and researchers. Therefore, the information-analytical competence of a researcher includes: readiness and ability to solve various analytical tasks of scientific, research and professional orientation; ability to apply analytical knowledge, skills and abilities when working with information of different types and forms of presentation; ability to analyze, summarize, evaluate, store and present information using digital technologies; ability to use statistical services of electronic scientific and educational systems; ability to use specialized analytical systems. It is emphasized that use of digital technologies for analytical activities has positive effect on scientific work quality and development of informational and analytical competence of graduate students and researchers.
