Oncogenic Human Papillomavirus
摘要
Human papillomavirus (HPV) is a sexually transmitted disease associated with multiple clinical presentations, including genital and nongenital warts (verrucae), anogenital malignancy, and some oropharyngeal cancers. Understanding the clinical manifestations, indications for screening, and treatment is important to prevent or reduce the consequences, including anogenital and oropharyngeal neoplasms. This chapter will review the most common clinical manifestations, screening, and treatment of HPV-related diseases, excluding detailed information about chemotherapy or radiation for more advanced HPV-related malignancies.
