Resilient Food Systems, Sustainable Agriculture, and Climate Action are the core agenda of the 2023 UN Climate Change Conference COP28 summit, and this chapter revolves around this theme, by piecing together the interdependencies within food systems from a multidimensional perspective. A thought-provoking discussion from a gender lens by focusing on interventions required from different stakeholders. This chapter aims to draw diverse disciplinary perspectives to critically evaluate the political economy of food systems besides advocating for affirmative policy from a gender lens.
