Evolution of Non-surgical/Minimally Invasive Treatments
摘要
The number of non-invasive or minimally invasive procedures continues to increase as patients request less expensive treatment modalities with minimal downtime and risk profile. Additionally, patients tend to seek these rejuvenating or “preventative” treatments at younger ages. While most of the devices and treatments focus on facial rejuvenation, many of these technologies have been applied on various other anatomic areas. Non-invasive and minimally invasive rejuvenation treatments target neuromuscular paralysis for rhytid effacement, filler for soft tissue volume restoration, and skin tightening and adipolysis for contour improvements.
