Impact of Healthy Eating Among Residents in Aberdeen Using Exploratory Data Analysis

This survey research uses Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to examine how the impact of healthy eating can affect Aberdeen residents and how excessive consumption of junks food can cause weight gain, raise the risk of obesity, heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and kinds of cancer, among further health difficulties. According to the research questions which were sent out to the residents of Aberdeen, and the analysis carried out it is discovered that majority of the male and female respondents consume more of junk foods and where not keeping to healthy eating habit due to their busy life schedule such as skipping breakfast and lunch and eating dinner late at night. Random Forest Algorithm is used for analysis of prediction to know if the increase in food stuff rates influenced the respondents eating habit. The result to be positive which shows that the hike of food prices affected their eating habit.
