The German Reich, 1925–2019
摘要
Royce identifies and discusses the Social and Christian Democratic political forces that together dominate German politics prior to concentrating upon the peculiar competence of the Länder within comparative constitutional law to conclude their own concordats. Within the forty-two treaties between the Apostolic See and the constitutional divisions of Germany, the canonical norms of fulfillment of apostolic mission, education, and governance are textually emphasized. A preliminary investigation as to their validity under international law is provided.
