The Importance of Rehearsal

As a final entry for the section on practice, the rehearsal process is described and considered for its importance in preparation. The phases of rehearsal are outlined and discussed in relation to the process for public speaking. Focus is also given to how preparation through rehearsal can address feelings of anxiety in the speaker.
