摘要

Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs) have gained significant attention due to their potential for a wide range of applications in various fields. This article proposes a dynamic cross-layer communication design for multi-objective optimization (MOO) in wireless sensor networks. The design integrates the physical layer, medium access control layer, and network layer to optimize energy consumption, network lifetime, throughput, delay, and packet delivery ratio simultaneously. The dynamic aspect of the design allows it to adapt to changing network conditions, making it more efficient and effective than existing approaches. Simulation results using the Castalia wireless sensor network simulator show that our proposed design outperforms existing algorithms in terms of all evaluated metrics. The proposed design achieves significant improvements in network lifetime, throughput, delay, and packet delivery ratio while reducing energy consumption. The results suggest that our proposed design is a promising solution for optimizing wireless sensor networks.
