Estimating the Coincidence Window Between Two Counters
摘要
An experiment is described to estimate the coincidence window between two Geiger counters, which makes use of two small radioactive beta sources. Events from the two counters are collected by means of an Arduino board and analysed to determine the coincidence window from the measured single and coincidence rates.
