Performance Evaluation of Multi-hop Multi-branch AF Relaying Cooperative Diversity Network
摘要
The amplify-and-forward relaying method is used in the proposed work to examine the cooperative diversity system’s multi-hop multi-branch relaying performance. This paper proposes a best-path selection combining reception technique that enables the destination to choose the best route based on bit error rate (BER), outage probability (OP) or signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) at the receiving antenna’s output. Furthermore, closed-form formulas for the system’s BER and OP are presented taking into account Nakagami-m fading channels and additive white Gaussian noise, assuming independent non-identical slow flat fading channels. Plotting the simulation results was done using various fading parameters.
