Zero Logic Based Stable Three Input QCA XOR Gate
摘要
Quantum-dot Cellular Automata (QCA) is a majority voter based nanotechnology which uses quantum dots as the fundamental building blocks for digital circuits. QCA leverages the principles of quantum mechanics to perform logic operations and store information. QCA has the advantage of low power consumption because it primarily relies on the electrostatic interactions of electrons in quantum dots, reducing energy dissipation compared to traditional transistor technology. Traditionally QCA gates are realized using 3 input majority voter and inverter. However, in this work, a three input cell interaction based (Zero Logic) QCA XOR gate is presented. Physical verification of proposed zero logic structure has done and found stable. The presented zero logic design is further tested designing a full adder. Simulation outcome shows its effectiveness in terms of all the acceptable parameters of QCA simulation. QCADesigner version 2.0.3 is employed to simulate all the proposed designs considering all default parameters in bistable approximation.
