Unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and Internet of Things (IoT) are being used more often in both the military and civilian sectors as a result of technological advancements and falling prices. Currently, only manned airplanes and wheeled motor vehicles, both of which can be expensive and slow can transfer medical supplies during times of urgent need. This chapter investigates the demand, viability, and hazards of using unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) to carry medications and medical supplies to hospitals, mass casualty sites, and offshore boats in emergency situations. It originated from a wireless sensor network that included biological sensors. When it comes to receiving and transmitting medical data to the appropriate systems in healthcare applications, the Internet of Things (IoT) has a significant influence. In wireless body area networks, the three main issues are security, quickest delivery, and energy consumption. This study focuses on the use of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) to transmit medical products and data quickly between the patient and the doctor. Unmanned aerial vehicles were used to send the detected medical data in the quickest possible way. This enables people to safely and securely submit medical information to the doctor in emergent situations. The investigational outcome looks at numerous sensors connected to the Arduino IDE. Using unmanned aerial vehicles, the patients will receive the findings that were gathered. For patients in emergencies, these strategies aid in improving the quickest communication.
