ECD Enabling Ecosystem

This chapter is about the design of a community interaction platform whose goal is to provide an enabling ecosystem for endogenous community building and collective impact. The capacity of participants in the previous chapter cannot be built and performed without a supportive environment. Therefore, this chapter provides the community operating system as an enabling platform for participating in collaborative innovation, which includes the platform framework, project development process, and methodology. In addition, the enabling ecosystem model is proposed by analyzing the three stages of endogenous community design strategy in conjunction with the sociotechnical system.
