Global Hypoellipticity on Homogeneous Vector Bundles: Necessary and Sufficient Conditions

We provide sharp criteria for the global hypoellipticity of G-invariant operators on homogeneous vector bundles. Our results prove that a condition in terms of the minimum singular value of the corresponding matrix-valued symbol on each representation space can be imposed in order to characterise the global hypoellipticity of the operator.
