摘要

Africa grapples with the conundrum of regional stability and development, facing a complex interplay of challenges and opportunities. Regional stability is often hindered by internal conflicts, political instability, and transnational threats, necessitating concerted efforts for peacebuilding and conflict resolution. The continent's diverse geopolitical landscape demands nuanced strategies that consider historical contexts, cultural intricacies, and the impact of external actors. The paradox of resource abundance juxtaposed with alarming poverty underscores the need for sustainable development frameworks. Initiatives like the African Union's Agenda 2063 underscore a commitment to transformative socio-economic growth, emphasising self-reliance and inclusive development. Ultimately, Africa's path to regional stability and development lies in comprehensive approaches that integrate conflict resolution, sustainable development, and inclusive governance, and in navigating this conundrum and unlocking Africa’s immense potential.
