Modeling of Socio-economic Processes—Agent Systems
摘要
Socio-economic processes and phenomena are highly complex systems. In this regard, their rational and optimal management presents a number of serious challenges. Currently, there are no universal methods and means to strictly control socio-economic processes. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is formalising the fundamental aspects of the agent-based approach as the most effective and promising tool in modeling socio-economic systems. Applying the methods of formal logic, analysis of scientific sources and systematisation of the accumulated knowledge has helped to identify the problem area, within which agent-based models are already used, and to define the category of the automaton as the basic structural unit of simulation modeling, including agent-based modeling. As a result, this article proposes a universal formalised conceptual scheme of an agent-based model of a socio-economic system through the relation between vectors and data matrices, presents its numerical implementation and describes main structural blocks of the model, necessary to understand the management process of the simulated system, as well as proposes perspective of its development by means of inserting intelligent agents in the model. The conclusion highlights some specific aspects of the agent-based approach identified in the course of the study.
