This research focuses on the implementation of digital logistics platforms in the bioenergy goods transportation sector and compares them with traditional logistics methods. The research focuses on how to improve operational efficiency, enhance customer orientation and promote sustainability through the use of AI, IoT and big data analytics. Optimized digital logistics platform system exploration, we use advanced data analytics, IoT and AI to build a comprehensive framework for digital logistics platform, combining particle swarm optimization (PSO), mixed integer linear programming (MILP), multidimensional network analysis and other technical tools to improve the speed of affecting changes in the marketplace, the agility of operations, and the significant cost-effectiveness of operations, as well as to reduce the negative environmental effects, and the ability to respond faster to changes in the market and to adapt to customer demands, resulting in more customized services. The research concludes that digital logistics is not only a major breakthrough in the field of bioenergy goods transportation management, but also in line with global sustainable development goals, emphasizing the importance of technology-driven, integrated solutions in promoting efficiency, sustainability, and resilience in logistics operations, and provides a clear strategic advantage in the highly competitive energy marketplace.
