  • Svetlana Evseeva

摘要

The UN adopted several documents that defined the concept of sustainable development as a key basis for development based on a “green” economy. The practice of enterprises in the field of green economy shows that its success largely depends both on the environmental management system and personnel participation in solving environmental problems. The human resource management system is responsible for the implementation of policies and practices focused on the environmental responsibility of personnel for the implementation of environmental principles and norms in every business process and at every workplace. We aimed to study the current state of human resource management research in the context of the “green” agenda. We combined qualitative and quantitative methods and used analysis, synthesis, comparison. The data were collected from open sources: scientific articles, google academy and Russian scientific electronic library. The results shew that the topic of green human resource management has been growing in prominence over recent years. Scientists study the theoretical and practical aspects of this topic. Research in Russia is just in its infancy and is mainly theoretical in nature. In this context, the formation of an environmental (“green”) approach to personnel management has special importance. Personnel policy and various programs contribute to the implementation of “green” principles. Promising areas of Russian research could be the development of green management models, research into individual practices in components of human resource management; studying “green” practices at enterprises in different sectors of the economy.
