This chapter provides a concise overview of tumors and cysts of the central and peripheral nervous systems and pituitary gland including morphologic and molecular features. Lesions reviewed in this chapter include gliomas, meningiomas, embryonal tumors, metastatic disease, lymphoma, cysts, peripheral nerve sheath tumors, and pituitary neoplasms.
