Disambiguation Grammars for the Ukrainian Module

Grammatical ambiguity is one of the problems to be solved when preparing a morphosyntactic analyzer because when they are not solved, users have to spend a lot of time removing them manually. In Ukrainian, ambiguities result from grammatical homonymy, which affects all grammatical classes. The grammatical homonyms that make up a homonymous pair or set may belong to different classes but also to a single class or paradigm. In this article, we will outline the typology of grammatical homonyms in Ukrainian and present some contextual grammars for disambiguation.
